For many people in Jackson County, industrial businesses play a crucial role in everyday life.
Today was the 30th anniversary of the Jackson County Industrial Trade Show. Ninety-six vendors were at the event to showcase their products and services.
The show allows companies in Jackson County to connect, trade ideas, and experience new technology. Chevron Refinery Business Development Specialist Melanie Landsiedel said, “It is important for the businesses in the Jackson County community. These suppliers can make six months’ worth of contacts within one day.”
Gibson Electric Motors President Belinda Green said, “These industrial customers are our livelihood and we want to showcase what we have here in Jackson County to them.”
This event brings together businesses big and small and it continues to grow each year.
