2017 Military Child of the Year Nomination Requirements
Operation Homefront is looking to honor the 2017 Military Child of the Year. They could be right here on the Gulf Coast.
The organization is searching for a military child who resembles resiliency and leadership. Some requirements for the child, must be eight to 18-year-old, include military dependency, provide references and consent to a background check if selected as a recipient.
Finalists fly to Washington, D.C. with a parent or guardian and do congressional visits.
