2016 Jolly Crawfish Boil
It’s Jolly time again on the Coast.
The night was filled with crawfish, music and donations at the Jolly Crawfish Boil at the Grand Magnolia Hotel. Fred’s Super Dollar gave over $14,000 to the Bacot-McCarty Foundation. That money will go towards helping youth, education and the arts all along the Gulf Coast.
Bacot-McCarty Executive Director Todd Trenchard tells News 25 tonight the foundation begins the countdown to their biggest fundraiser of the year: The Jolly. “This will be our 13th year and we literally have raised millions and millions of dollars from what was a thought 13 years ago, well beyond our wildest dreams. It sells out pretty much every year right when we announce it and again this year has done the same thing,” said Trenchard.
The Jolly Gala will be held on May 13th at the IP Casino and the golf tournament is the following day at the Shell Landing Golf Club.
