2/2 – Warmer on Tuesday with the chance for rain returning

Mostly cloudy and mild tonight with temperatures in the mid 40s.
Tuesday turns warmer with some afternoon sunshine and highs in the low to mid 60s, then rain moves in late Tuesday night with widespread showers likely after midnight.
A few showers may linger early Wednesday before skies clear, turning a little cooler and breezy with highs in the upper 50s to near 60.
Cooler air settles in on Wednesday night with lows near freezing, followed by a sunny day on Thursday and Friday with morning frost possible.
The weekend and early next week look mostly sunny and warmer again, with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
