2/18 – Sam Parker’s “Rain Plummeting” Tuesday Night Forecast

Rain showers coming up and lasting for the overnight hours then a a mini Arctic Blast for the next few days. Rain moving up from the Gulf and will fall for most of the night. Some places could get caught in heavier rain bands and could cause some minor flooding. Most places should see anywhere from 1-2″ of rainfall. The rain will move out Wednesday and the cold air comes next. We will see chilly temperatures Wednesday evening in the 40s and over night temps down in the upper 20s Wednesday and Thursday Night. Remembering the 4 p’s of protecting your plants, bring in your pets, check on people, and protecting your pipes. The highs Wednesday and Thursday will warm up in the lower 50s but heading into the weekend we’ll be back in the 60s.
