Patchy fog develops tonight and lingers into early Thursday as mostly cloudy skies and mild temperatures hold, with highs climbing into the mid to upper 70s through Friday. Rain chances increase late Thursday night, with showers likely Friday afternoon and continuing at times into Saturday when a few thunderstorms are possible. A cold front moves through Saturday night, bringing a sharp drop in temperatures and gusty north winds. Sunshine returns Sunday and continues into early next week, with cooler, drier air settling in and highs in the upper 50s to mid 60s before a gradual warmup by Wednesday.
