2/12 – Trey’s “Deserved Clearing” Monday Evening Forecast

Meteorologist Trey Tonnessen

Our frontal system has moved off into the eastern Gulf. Strong northerly winds tonight will bring in cooler and drier air into the region, making for a cool Mardi Gras morning and day. Winds around 20-25mph with gusts of 40mph possible have been present today, mainly around the coastal areas. Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning, lows are forecast to be in the mid 30s to low 40s across the area with some breezy conditions. Low temperature forecasts have dropped a few degrees to be more in line with model consensus.

As always: A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition. Be nice to each other.
