2/11 – Sam Parker’s “Severe Storm Threat” Tuesday Night Forecast

Possible chance to see severe storms Wednesday afternoon and night. Smaller rain showers continue over night for some of the area. Wednesday will be another warm mid to low 70s day as we get ready for storms in the evening. As of right now we are in a slight risk chance for severe thunderstorms (level 2/5) as there will be plenty of instability in the atmosphere to initiate thunderstorms in the evening. Mainly watching out for strong winds and a brief tornado or a few. A cold front pushing the storms ahead after sunset will cool us down slightly going into Thursday. We are tracking a second round of severe weather to come late Saturday.
