17th annual Make-a-Wish Golf Tournament tees off at Fallen Oak Golf Course
Beau Rivage’s Fallen Oak hosts the 17th annual Make-A-Wish Ricky Peden Memorial Golf Tournament for a day of camaraderie, friendly competition, and giving back to the community.
PGA Tour Professional Taylor Montgomery made a special guest appearance. A University of Nevada graduate, Montgomery played collegiate golf, went pro in 2017, and joined the PGA Tour in 2023.
New Fallen Oak General Manager Lydia Kim also just joined the Beau Rivage team in August. Montgomery said, “Out here with Make-A-Wish is an extreme honor. It is a great cause. Some amazing stories and just to be able to help out the kids any way I can or help anyone out, I’m happy to do it.”
Kim said, “It’s special at Fallen Oak to be supportive because we are an extended branch of Beau Rivage. We love to support causes like this and add a little bit of joy in the world where we can. Especially at a course as beautiful as this.”
There were 168 players teeing off for a cause and helping make wishes come true for children with critical illnesses.
