1/6 – Rob’s “Hump Day’ Forecast

As an area of High-pressure to our NW yesterday moves further east…warmer temps have moved into the SE this morning. The high-pressure will continue to move east as a developing system moves off the east Texas coast and affect the Mississippi gulf coast Thursday with rain…thunderstorms in the northern gulf. Friday will bring a drier…but cloudy day. Friday night a secondary low-pressure system and a trailing cold front will bring another shot of rain through mid-afternoon Saturday. Cooler temps and clearing skies Sunday through early next week.
