Live Updates by Gabby Easterwood: Warming Up for Today’s Pascagoula Mayoral Candidates Forum

Since Pascagoula’s mayor won the recent election to serve as South Mississippi’s Public Service Commissioner, there will be a special election next Tuesday, February 11th in Pascagoula to see who will take Dane Maxwell’s place as Pascagoula Mayor.

Three candidates are in the race to take over the reigns of the city: Burt Hill, who is a former Pascagoula councilman, Dr. Steve Demetropoulos, a family physician with Singing River Health System and Chris Grace a sales representative who serves on the city’s Recreation Commission.

You can learn more about the candidates a Pascagoula Mayoral Forum scheduled to take place today from 8 am until 9:30 am at the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, located at 720 Krebs Avenue in Pascagoula.

All pascagoula voters are invited to attend.
