$14 Million in Biloxi Street Work

A $14 million improvement project for the City of Biloxi approaches the final lap.
Biloxi City Council approved $725,000 in contracts for three street and drainage improvement projects in the Woolmarket area. The approved projects leave the city with a remaining balance of $1.6 million from the original $14 million program.
Biloxi Mayor Andrew ‘FoFo’ Gilich says years ago the city made pledges for quality of life improvements and the goal is to follow through on those commitments without raising anyone’s taxes.
