13th annual Ingalls 5K on the Causeway
PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WXXV)- Jenny Jones from Ingalls joins us in studio. She’s here to tell us about the 5K on the Causeway.
Ingalls Shipbuilding invites runners, walkers, and families to participate in the 13th annual Ingalls 5K on the Causeway at Singing River Island in Pascagoula, offering participants a certified fast and flat 5K course.
The event kicks-off with a warm-up and welcome at 7:30 a.m., followed by the official race start at 8:00 a.m. A special Kids’ Fun Run will take place after the 5K race.
Registration is open to the public, with a fee of $30 per participant. Proceeds from the event will benefit Special Olympics Mississippi, supporting athletes with intellectual disabilities across the state.
