Linger clouds in the wake of a cold front will clear by midday providing for sunny skies, breezy conditions and temps 5-10 degrees below seasonal average. Clear skies and good radiational cooling overnight will have temps dropping rapidly after sunset, with a few RURAL locations at FREEZING. Winds will begin to relax Friday afternoon as high pressure will move into the region, with sunny and cool conditions through the weekend.
