1/20 – Rob’s “Hump Day” Forecast

As a weak cold front moves into northern Mississippi, an area of light rain is moving across the northern Gulf/sound. The chance for light rain this morning will diminish by mid-day with cloudy skies. A much more vigorous cold front will move into the NW zones tomorrow with showers and thunderstorms…including the THREAT for SEVERE STORMS in south Mississippi Thursday afternoon/night. The heavier of the activity will move east by midnight…but light rain will continue into Friday morning. Clouds will begin to clear Friday late afternoon with COLD AIR (Freezing morning temps) moving in for the weekend.
