12/18 – Mild Tonight, Comfortable and Dry on Friday

Meteorologist Sam Lucey has a look at your forecast

A few spotty showers are possible this evening, along with some patchy fog, before skies gradually clear overnight. Cooler air moves in with lows in the mid 40s by Friday morning and a north breeze developing after midnight.

Friday is looking sunny and comfortable, with highs in the low 60s, followed by a clear and quiet night. The weekend warms up, bringing sunshine Saturday and highs in the upper 60s. A slight chance for a brief shower returns Sunday as highs top out in the low 70s, but most of the day stays dry.

Early next week looks much warmer with plenty of sunshine overhead, and afternoons in the mid to upper 60s.

Temperatures will be nearing the mid 70s by Christmas Day.
