11/23 – Rob’s “FRIGID” Monday Morning Forecast
With strong high-pressure to the NE funneling COLD AIR into the region…it’s a VERY COLD start. A FREEZE WARNING is in effect thorough 9 a.m. Temps will be a good 15-20 degrees below seasonal average through mid-week with warming conditions for the latter part of the week and into the weekend. A cold front will move into the NW region by Thursday and linger through the weekend bringing warmer temps, cloudy skies and rain potential.
