11/11 Ryan’s “Veteran’s Day” Friday Night Forecast
Persistent upper level cloud cover removed the sun from our Veteran’s Day celebrations, but the cooler and drier conditions still showed up. Clouds associated with an upper level disturbance will continue thinning though the night and eventually clear by tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon. Temps will remain near 49 on the waterfront tonight, but cooler inland. Tomorrow’s high will top out near 72 with sunny skies and light winds from the North. It doesn’t say clear for long though, a stationary boundary begins to set up just to the South of us as it trails behind tonight’s cold front, increasing cloud cover Sunday afternoon to nearly overcast conditions. Rain is not expected, but the clouds will linger into Monday. After that, expect ridging to continue through most of next week meaning we can expect plenty of sun from Tuesday through Friday.
