10th annual Inkin the Coast at the Coast Coliseum

This weekend tattoo artists from around the world will be Inkin the Coast.

Although for this year’s event, there’s more to it than just tattooing. Starting tomorrow, you can go to the convention center in Biloxi and see your favorite TV artists, including those featured on Inkmaster, as well as participate in a costume contest and listen to live music.

The event was first held ten years ago with goals of creating more harmony between local artists and bringing more revenue to the Coast. Promoter Aaron Antonucci said, “When we started this shortly after Katrina, just to give people something positive to look forward to, more positive than the ruin that was left after Katrina, it really opened and broadened the community, not just the tattoo community, but the art community. So, you see people selling paintings and there’s so many different things.”
