10/7 – Warm and Humid Wednesday with Cooler Temps on the Way
Meteorologist Sam Lucey has a look at your forecast
While this week started out pretty wet across the area, our rain chance has dropped a good bit since Sunday.
For tonight, temperatures will drop to the low 70s with mostly clear skies overhead and by Wednesday afternoon we’re likely going to see periods of sun and clouds throughout the day. We have a brief chance for a few showers into the afternoon as a cold front is expected to pass through and usher in much drier air which will help out our dew points.
Temperatures for Thursday and into the weekend will drop from the mid 80s to the low 80s and overnight is looking particularly fall-like! Temperatures bottom out in the low to mid 60s overnight with a few inland spots possibly dropping to the upper 50s by the weekend.
The rain chance will remain low once we get to the weekend and through much of next week.
