10/19 – Brantly’s “Slightly Warmer” Tuesday Forecast

Our cool and dry pattern is starting to fade away. For Tuesday, we remain dry, however, rain chances, albeit slight, will begin to increase over the Gulf waters Tuesday afternoon as moisture increases. Going into Wednesday, as moisture spreads inland, rain chances will increase to mainly scattered coverage for a majority of the region. Additionally, we could potentially see a rumble of thunder over some areas on Wednesday afternoon as the atmosphere looks to become slightly less stable.

For temperatures, lows Tuesday night begin trending warmer as we transition to easterly and eventually southeasterly flow and moisture begins to increase. Lows Tuesday night will be slightly warmer, increasing to the upper 50s for inland areas and into the mid 60s for coastal zones. For high temperatures, mainly upper 70s to low 80s are expected both Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
