1/17 – Sam Parker’s “What You Need to Know Winter Weather” Friday Night Forecast

Bitter cold winter weather move in the weekend with a potential winter storm Tuesday. Watching light scattered showers into Saturday morning and early  afternoon.  Saturday night comes our cold front making Sunday not so great to enjoy. Cold temperatures and gusty winds making wind chill feel freezing at some points. Monday, Hard freeze areas along and north of I-10. Morning wind chills in the upper 10s to 20s. Tuesday, Another hard freeze for the same locations. We’re beginning to get a better idea of the type of winter weather across the area on Tuesday. We do know we are starting to see some sort wintry precipitation. What We Don’t Know is the exact timing, placement/location and amounts of possible winter weather across the area on Tuesday. We will know as we continues to revive more model runs through out the days.
