Sylvia is the Broker of the company. She grew up in South Mississippi and after starting her early administrative career with the the State of Mississippi, in the early 1990’s she joined the real estate firm, Clayton Real Estate, owned and brokered by her family. She learned the MS Gulf Coast real estate ropes from ground level, beginning as an office assistant, quickly making the transition to licensed real estate salesperson. After a successful turn at residential listings & commercial sales, she worked exclusively in the new home building sales, production and marketing industry and worked 4 years building an award winning sales team. Along the way, Sylvia earned numerous awards and certifications and has always been very passionate about her work in helping people with their real estate needs. She and her husband, Rob, now own Knight Realtywhere she currently works as the company’s responsible Broker. Sylvia is also a prior licensed real estate instructor specializing in MS Real Estate License Law, Rules and Regulations.
