Another foggy night lies ahead after our stormy afternoon, but it won’t be as thick as last night’s. Expect generally patchy fog tonight thanks to a light northerly breeze, with a low near 63 degrees. Light showers will continue until after midnight, then will dry up a bit before returning Sunday. That means Saturday won’t see much rain, but will still be on the cloudy, warm, and humid side of things with a high near 74.
Sunday though, will be a bit of a rough ride.
Expect showers to begin around sunrise as a warm front moves in, followed by a cold front that evening. That means basically a full day of showers and thunderstorms, carrying a “marginal” risk for severe weather. The good news is by Monday morning we’ll be done with rain for a while, the bad is we’ll see some night’s below freezing as cold, dry air moves in.
