Ocean Springs Head Coach Neil Scott said, “No matter what you want to do, you can see this one circled on the calendar early on. You know they’re a good team. Obviously, last year’s 6A state champions, so we knew we had a test in front of us and they were exactly that. They were really good. They’re really good going forward and our girls did a really good job slowing that down a little bit, and I can’t be any more proud of them tonight.”
Ocean Springs is now 4-0 on the young season and has still yet to allow a goal, outscoring opponents 12-0.
