Saints WR Michael Thomas returns to practice

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas returned to practice today.

The NFL’s all-time single season leader in receptions hasn’t played since week one as a result of a high ankle sprain and a separate hamstring injury.

He’s only listed as a limited participant, but the speculation is that he could play in week eight against the Chicago Bears.

The three-time Pro Bowler also missed the team’s week five game due to team discipline, leaving his season stat line at three catches for 17 yards.
