Wet weather lingers after an active afternoon, but won’t last too long into the weekend. The approaching front won’t be here until tomorrow, so our trend of warm nights won’t end tonight. Expect a low near 71 with cloudy skies and lingering showers. Tomorrow begins cloudy and wet, but gradually clears through the day. Expect partly sunny skies to clear to mostly sunny by the afternoon, with a warm high near 81.
Slightly drier air moves in by Sunday, so we’ll start next week with sunny skies and cooler nights.
Temperatures will still be slightly above average, but that changes Wednesday as our next front moves in. This front will bring more rain, and a cooler, drier airmass. Highs will fall into the mid-to-low 70s as we finish next week, a nice change after this last “summer-like” week.
