Fall began almost a week ago, but we’re getting our first cold front of the fall tonight. A round of showers and thunderstorms has already pushed through, but more are expected through the night. Expect continued cloudy skies and scattered showers until shortly after sunrise, low near 60. There is a “marginal” risk for severe weather today, but the chances fall considerably after midnight.
TOMORROW WILL BEGIN CLOUDY, BUT CLEAR RAPIDLY FROM THE LATE MORNING ON.
Expect basically clear skies by tomorrow evening with a high near 77, and moderate northerly winds. This fall-like weather sticks around through the middle of the week, and just as we begin warming into the low 80s again, another front moves in. This will occur late Thursday, and will simply reinforce our cooler, drier weather. That means the textbook fall-like weather lasts well into next week.
