This morning, News 25 had the chance to cook with Chef Kelly English, the executive chef at Harrah’s Gulf Coast Magnolia House.
Visiting from Memphis, Tennessee, English showed us how to make a few of the staple dishes at Magnolia House in Biloxi.
Everything at Magnolia House comes from the Gulf and local farmers. “I grew up around here in New Orleans and Baton Rouge and when I got the opportunity to come back to open Magnolia House at Harrah’s Gulf Coast it was one of the most exciting things that I can think about. To be back serving our community means a whole lot to me.”
Magnolia House will be serving their new seasonal menu early this fall.
