D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (WXXV) — Sidewalks, crosswalks, and a pedestrian bridge are all possible solutions to make D’Iberville more “pedestrian friendly.”

The City of D’Iberville will hold an open forum public workshop Thursday, March 5th at the D’Iberville Community Center, located at 10452 Lamey Bridge Road.

The purpose of the forum is for the public to share their thoughts and help identify opportunities and challenges. Those wanting to attend may arrive at any time between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

City leaders encourage you to help them explore possible solutions to safer routes to school facilities and corridors in the old town district.

Pedestrian facilities are needed to connect the Waterfront district to the Interstate District via Lamey Bridge Road.
