You can catch all the beads, king cakes, moon pies, and fun in Downtown Ocean Springs on Friday for the Carnival Association’s Night Parade.
The theme this year is ‘Hola Havana.’ The parade kicks off at 7 p.m. on Front Beach. It will travel east on Porter Avenue, north on Washington, ending at Holcomb Boulevard.
Be aware of potential road closures on the parade route.
It’s a family friendly event, but if you bring your children you are encouraged to view the parade from Porter Avenue, Washington Avenue, or Government Street east of Ward Avenue.
