A missing Oklahoma man was found dead inside his truck in Harrison County.
Coroner Brian Switzer confirmed the body was found off County Farm Road at the Love’s Truck Stop.
Crews responded to the scene just after 11 a.m. today to investigate a foul odor coming from a vehicle. Upon investigation, they believe the victim, who is reportedly in his 50s or 60s, died about a week ago.
Switzer says the victim was reported missing in Oklahoma prior to today’s discovery.
The victim’s identity and cause of death have not been released. The remains have been sent to Jackson for an autopsy.
