It will warm a bit from last night, but we’ll be below freezing again tonight. Tonight’s low will be near 30 degrees, a degree or so warmer than last night’s low but still very cold! We’ll find more significant warming in the days ahead, as cloud cover builds and our next active weather-maker moves in.
A few clouds will show up early tomorrow morning, but it won’t be until Thursday the significant rain moves in.
Severe weather isn’t expected, but a few thunderstorms aren’t out of the question and heavy rain is possible. Many models are showing an inch or so is likely, and this is a slow moving system so it could pile up in a few areas. The rain will taper off through Friday morning and clear throughout the day, allowing for a much warmer and more sunny weekend. These beautiful sunny skies and the drier air will carry through the weekend and into next week.
