The Biloxi School District has made their decision on a new superintendent.
Former Biloxi High School Principal Marcus Boudreaux has been named superintendent of the Biloxi School District.
Born and raised on the Coast, Boudreaux has been with the school district for 18 years as a teacher, coach, and principal. “Our vision here is ‘excellence from all, for all’ and I think we have made wonderful academic achievements over the last five years or so. I mean, Biloxi Schools is one of the top rated districts in the state of Mississippi and I want to continue on that tradition,” said Boudreaux.
Last year the Biloxi School District accepted the award of excellence for the third year in a row. The school district was one of 30 districts in the state last year to receive an ‘A’ rating.
