A Biloxi man has been arrested and charged with credit card fraud and possession of a controlled substance.
Today, Biloxi police arrested 52-year-old Michael Gillich III of Biloxi. His arrest stems from warrants issued as the result of an investigation into an incident reported back on October 23rd in the 5,000 block of Road 536 where Gillich allegedly used a credit card belonging to another person without that person’s permission.
The search led to his arrest on the initial warrant.
Police say Gillich was found to be in possession of methamphetamine during that search.
Gillich is being held on a $30,000 bond at the Harrison County Jail.
