The Long Beach Carnival Association is rolling out the red carpet for residents while helping folks get a head start on shopping for the holidays.
Tomorrow from 9 to 5 is the Long Beach inaugural Holiday Craft Fair and that event features more than 17 vendors. At noon, the 5th annual Holiday Royal Tea Party will kick off along with a fashion show.
This year’s Carnival Queen Jennifer Glenn says this is a great way to get in the holiday spirit while helping the community. “We look at this day as a day of community for everyone. It’s a really good time of fellowship while we’re promoting our small businesses in the area as well. We work hand in hand. We’re not only trying to increase the family value and the communal value we’re also wanted to promote our small business owners.”
The event is free and open to the public.
