The Coastal Mississippi Mardi Gras Museum is set to officially open to the public at a new location, 792-A Howard Avenue in Biloxi, at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19th.
A Grand Opening gala is scheduled for tomorrow evening, November 14th at 6:00 p.m.
Admission to the Thursday event costs $75 dollars a person at the door.
Previously, the Mardi Gras Museum once housed in the historic Magnolia Hotel, the museum’s new namesake reflects Mardi Gras relics, regalia and celebrations throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast, from Pascagoula to Waveland.
When the new museum opens next Tuesday on Howard Avenue and will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
