It’s a night to honor those who strived for and achieved greatness at Popp’s Ferry Elementary.
Tonight, the auditorium filled with third and fourth grade students who were recognized for making a perfect score on the math and/or the English language arts portion of the state test.
The night included the recognition of 92 students, with 42 of the recipients receiving a perfect score in both categories.
Popp’s Ferry Elementary Principal Todd Boucher says the administration couldn’t be more proud to honor these accomplishments. “To sit back and recognize the moment because the school year is very hectic, it’s nonstop. We’re constantly trying to ensure that students are prepared. This is our time to enjoy what we’ve accomplished.”
