Delicious food, local arts and crafts and good music are all on tap at the Centennial Plaza for the entire weekend.
The inaugural Chillin’ on the Gulf Coast Festival is officially under way and plans to provide the Coast with a fun time. More than 20 bands are scheduled to take the stage during the three-day festival, including Cowboy Mouth and Bag of Donuts.
Representatives from Centennial Plaza tell News 25 they’re excited to bring a new kind of festival to the Gulf Coast.
Allison Everhart said, “We have lots of different genres for music, we have country, blues, kind of like a rockish-contemporary, and then we have all our arts and crafts, we have stuff from jewelry to paintings.”
Tickets are still on sale for $59 a day and can be purchased online or at the gates.
