Today was another scorcher with a high heat index, but I expect it to be the last muggy day we’ll see for a while. Don’t get me wrong, it’ll still be hot, but cooler and drier air is on the way. We’ll see a change as early as tomorrow which has a high of 89 due to cloud cover increasing. Expect to see scattered showers tomorrow as well with a 40% chance as a front backs into the area.
THIS RAINY WEATHER WILL BE SHORT-LIVED, BUT THE COOLER AND DRIER WEATHER WILL LAST A LITTLE LONGER.
In fact, expect those highs in the mid-to-upper 80s to stick around through the entire weekend. Saturday is looking particularly nice with a high of 86 and dew-points in the upper 60s. Things get back to normal pretty quickly though. Highs will ironically return to the low 90s and nights to the mid 70s as Fall officially begins on Monday.
