Dozens of altered credit cards and three card skimmers were seized in Harrison County.
Thirty-eight year-old Rafael Blanco Trujillo and 43-year-old Yesenia Theodorou of Miami were arrested after Harrison County sheriff’s deputies confiscated the equipment from the car they were riding in.
According to Harrison County Sheriff Troy Peterson, the couple was traveling on I-10 and was pulled over near Gulfport over the weekend. During the traffic stop, Blanco Trujillo admitted to having 74 altered credit cards and three credit card skimmers.
Both suspects are facing a felony count of possession of counterfeit instruments and are being held in the Harrison County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
