We’re seeing even more sun today than we did yesterday, and the rest of the week is looking good too. Still not expecting any rain or significant cloud cover until the latter half of the weekend. Until then we’ll continue to see steadily increasing humidity, but other than that expect very consistent weather.
THE ACTIVE WEATHER OVER THE WEEKEND WILL ARRIVE AHEAD OF A SLOW-MOVING FRONT SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
Thunderstorms seem possible, but the set-up doesn’t indicate severe weather just yet. Showers and cloud cover could linger into Monday morning, but otherwise this event will clear quickly. We’ll begin warming as upper level ridging settles in over a surface high, so rising temperatures will be an issue going forward. Expect upper 80s and low 90s by the middle of next week.
