Mississippi State Women’s Basketball won their first ever SEC Tournament Championship. The Bulldogs took down Arkansas in the title game yesterday by the score of 101-70.
Confetti fell from the rafters as MSU players and coaches cut down the nets in Greenville, South Carolina after three straight title game losses to the Gamecocks.
Fourth time’s the charm for the back-to-back national runners up. “We get to stay out in that confetti and play around and take pictures, celebrate that moment. And the other time we were going to the locker room trying to figure out what we could have done or what we didn’t do, so it was just a good feeling being out there on the court.
