It’s been near or below freezing on the Gulf Coast over the past nights but we’re finally warming back up. So say goodbye to the 30s as we’ll bottom out in the mid 40s tonight with cloud cover increasing overhead.
FRIDAY WON’T BE ALL GREY THOUGH, SO EXPECT A LITTLE SUN TO SHINE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON BUT THAT THAT ALL CHANGES OVER THE WEEKEND.
The low pressure system that will move just south of us tomorrow will bring “wrap around” moisture/cloud cover for Saturday, as well as an isolated shower. We will stay in this cloudy limbo until the next front moves through Sunday evening, and even then it just prepares the way for another to move through by Monday. All in all, I’m expecting at least 4 impulses to move through between Sunday and Thursday, meaning skies will remain cloudy with at least a 40% chance of scattered showers almost all week long.
