Panther’s senior swingman D’Yasmand Booker committed to Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College on Wednesday.
Although he won’t be signing until February, Pascagoula’s second-leading scorer is already feeling the love from his new Bulldog family. “They showed the most love out of all of them, like everywhere we played they were there. And I feel like it’s a good environment for me. And a couple people that committed there, I know, played against them. I feel like they can help me develop my game more.”
One of the other players Booker is referring to is Calvin Johnson of Long Beach. He’s also glad his mom will still be able to see him play since he’ll be so close to home.
