The Gulf Coast is full of local talents and this weekend artwork of all kind was put on display.
An artist showcase was held at the Biloxi Visitors Center Sunday. Local authors, jewelry makers, and potters had the chance to show off their crafts.
Many people from all across the Coast came out to shop local and admire some unique talents. City of Biloxi Historical Administrator Bill Raymond said, “Arts are a part of the heart and soul of your community. They really do help tell that story in a whole different way. As the historic administrator for Biloxi I’m telling the history of Biloxi but I really want people to understand our community and you really can understand a good bit by looking at the art that’s created out of this community.”
The artist showcase will take place every weekend at the Biloxi Visitor’s Center all December long.
