The chance for severe will be going up this afternoon. We have a Tornado Watch until 7 PM. The line of showers and thunderstorms will be moving through over the next several hours and the greatest threat will be for spin up tornadoes and wind gusts. By tonight the severe weather will move off to the east, and a cold front will move in. Behind the front temperatures will fall into the 40s by tomorrow morning and the high will be tomorrow morning as cold air advects into the area. Wind chills tomorrow will be in the lower 40s and upper 30s. Rain and clouds will stick around for Wednesday as well, before the upper low finally moves east and clears us out. Thursday will be chilly with highs in the 50s, but we’ll finally have sunshine. This continues into Friday and eventually into the weekend.
