We are just one night away from a huge showdown at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship event in Biloxi.
Before squaring off in the ring, the competitors had their official weigh-ins at the Coliseum. This card will feature former UFC strawweight Bec Rawlings and welterweight veteran Chris Lytle.
Locals can cheer on Gulfport Police Officer Harris Stephenson and Biloxi native Mike Bissett, who are both featured to fight on the card.
As the newly crowned ‘queen of bare knuckle,’ Rawlings gives News 25 insight to her strategy against her opponent Britain Hart. “She’s a professional boxer so she fancies herself with having the advantage because this is strictly boxing. I don’t think she’s factored in the fact that we don’t have gloves on, which is a big difference. That’s where I feel like I have the advantage.”
Doors open for the big pay-per-view event at 5:30. The first fight starts at 6:30.
