A Gulfport man has been sentenced to six years in prison for felony DUI.
Forty-year-old Brad Heflin pled guilty to fourth offense felony DUI in court today. Officers pulled over Heflin for driving in a ‘reckless manner.’ Heflin underwent field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI.
Investigators determined Heflin’s blood alcohol level was .22 percent. Heflin’s charge was upgraded to a felony charge after determining he had previously been convicted of at least four prior DUI offenses.
