Today was the wettest day I expected all workweek long, so drier days will lead us into the weekend. A ridge pushed slightly west of us, but will now begin retreating back to the east, bringing limited convection with it.
THIS WILL KEEP SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY TO A MINIMUM TOMORROW AND WITH ONLY SLIGHT CHANCES FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
More substantial rain chances return as we begin next week, but even then I only expect them in the 40% range. Other than these subtle changes our weather will be quite consistent over the next several days. Expect temperatures to linger in the low to mid 90s with high humidity, which will lead to heat indices in excess of 100 degrees. Cloud cover varies a bit each day, but no completely clear days are expected.
